It sat for 5 1/2 years after a destructive foreclosure. There was no bathroom! Everyone Loves my bathroom now. The house looks Modern and heâ  s SO professional and comfortable and has been working on my home for well over a year so we pitched him keys to the house. I slept in the other day while him and his crew, always making sure my cats donâ  t get out, installed my laundry room floor. Never thought something like that could happen! Grade A work! Im So Proud of my house! This guy Checks My House to assure itâ  s sound and safe! The addition was attached to the original house. My roof was stressed and leaking. He â  tiedâ  (their lingo) the 2 lil houses together. Now Iâ  m saving up for him to do the roof. I flipped and remodeled 4 homes of my own when I was younger. This guy is the best. I humbly admit. "I hired these guys last year to build a balcony and porch. Very poor quality the balcony was already cracking and starting to fall within 2 months of install. They didn't sink the studs into concrete. Nothing was straight or level everything looked like crap. Other companies deemed the porch and balcony unsafe it was torn down I would never in my life hire this company again. And the meds they leave behind I'm still picking up screws and concrete a year later."

"I went to Angi to look for someone to put a small door up on an opening in the wall above my staircase in the living room. The closest I could get to what I needed done was drywall install. So that’s the listing I asked for with Angi. I got 2 companies. I requested quotes from both companies , but neither one responded with a quote. I received a text from someone about the job I needed done. I never got a name from the person that texted me or the company he worked for. In my haste to get the job set up I didn’t ask his name or what company he worked for. He asked me to send pictures of the job I wanted done and I did that and he quoted me a price of $ 220.00. I accepted. We texted back and forth ma couple times more for what day and time to do it. In all those texts I never got a name for him or the company he worked for. I saved the texts back and forth between us and when I did not have a receipt for the work done I used our texts to one another to reach out with another text about needing a receipt. Instead I got a call back from a quite rude person that when I answered she said what’s going on here. She did not identify herself to me or why she was calling me at first. She never did identify herself to me but I finally figured out that she was calling about the text I sent about needing a receipt. She was concerned that I wasn’t happy with the work done. I told her that was Okay, but I needed a receipt for the work done because I didn’t get one. She seemed pretty dismissive of me when she found out that’s all I needed. I told her that I had to have a receipt and that it had to have the Company name address and phone number on it, had to have what the job was that I hired them to do on it, how much they quoted as the price, what form I paid them with ( it was paid in cash), date the work was done, that the work was fully completed and that it was paid with cash and paid in full. She said she could do that and I thanked her for her time. She also told me that they were the company that did the work at my home, she read off my address to me. So I’ve been waiting for a receipt to show up in my mail and so far I have not received it. The company I believe that did this job for me is; LDM Tile and Remodeling LLC. "Dixon Superior Painting did such an amazing job. We had 6 rooms in the house painted, along with epoxy flooring in the garage and basement. I really could not have thought up a better experience. Everything turned out so beautiful! Bryan (the owner) and his team were professional, meticulous and still got everything done in a timely manner. Overall experience was great! I’m definitely looking forward to having the outside of our home painted by them as well."
