Encapsulated the room and skimmed over the old texture and repaired the cracked area the first day. Second day applied new knock down texture and cleaned up all material. The job looked great and would never know I had two skylights removed from that room!

They had previously drywalled the movie theater room which included built in cabinet (to hide electronics) and a little nook in the crawl space that is used as a spot to lay back and enjoy movies/tv, etc.  
This time I needed to finished the other side of the basement next to the theater room, which is now our "bar" area.  I did not have them drywall the ceiling this time like I did in the theater room as this side of the basement had too much utility stuff going on in the ceiling.
They did a great job and they had to tie the drywall into the previous room they worked on since they are connected as well as the stairs going up to the main floor.
They were quick, on time, friendly, and great with communication.  Will definitely use again when the next project come around.

The guys at Pro Rock Drywall responded to my estimate request in a timely matter and performed said estimate. Much more reasonable than many others in the suburb areas when compared to their timeliness, availability, and quality of work performed. We made a decision to hire Pro Rock Drywall to remove our popcorn textured Ceilings and replace them with drywall, finished and primed, in the Living Room, Dining Room and Hallway. Pro Rock Drywall guaranteed satisfaction with their work. We were thrilled that Pro Rock Drywall could perform the work during the timeframe we desired.

The evening before the 1st day of work, Jerry and his son Jon came to our home to review the process with us and address any questions or concerns. Jerry had also arranged this visit so we had the opportunity to meet Jon before the work began. Jerry and Jon assured us they would contain work areas and cover air vents. They agreed to give particular attention to containment for the room with the birds and the computer room while also allowing for my access as they worked.

The 1st day Jon and Joe prepped by setting up containments and then removed our textured ceilings carefully in proportions that they were able to carry directly out of the house to the truck. Jon and Joe worked professionally and expediently removing all textured ceilings and delivering the new drywall material the same day. Drywall dust was so minimal that it was practically non-existent. Jon and Joe's clean up of the job site was immaculate!

The next day Jon and Joe installed the drywall on the ceilings which was also done faster than I could imagine -with perfection. Again, Jon and Joes' clean up of the job site was immaculate!

Jerry returned with his wife, Ann, and they both worked diligently with attention to detail beyond my expectations. Jerry and Jon worked through the final days of this project and I continued to be amazed at the level of commitment that exceeded the scope of this job.
