"We contracted in April 2015. Due to frequent rains, it was impractical to perform the tasks at that time. Finally, in July a spate of 'dry' weather afforded him the opportunity to perform these tasks. He was fast, efficient, and if other knowledgeable contractors are an indication; compliments were for the excellence of his work!
