She kept in touch with us throughout the installment to make sure things were going smoothly. The installers we had were polite and also very professional. Made sure things were put in the right way. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"Installed roof on new construction home. 1 yr later several problems and signs of leaking. The roof has many low nails, some very low nails and some of those are blown all the way through. There are shingles missing right at the valley and have been missing for a while, the felt is not black at all anymore. There are probably 40 holes through the shingles where the siding installers nailed their pump jacks through the roof. There is a snow valley on the west side of the home where the valley is backwards allowing water to run underneath the snow valley. There are several face nails throughout the roof that were never sealed. There are a few face nails that serve no purpose where someone may have shot a nail gun on accident and did not replace the shingle. Overall the roof has many areas that need addressed. Contractor not taking responsibility. Would NEVER recommend!!"
