Bob Sorenson was very thorough in explaining all our options and the benefits/costs associated with all of them. The work was performed in a timely manner, even in the weather of a Midwest winter. Excellent job overall!

Materials didn't all show up on time. I made 3 payments to Finance Company before work started. Work crew were fast and seemed competent. Never took a break. Clean up could have been better. Had to order additional materials and wait for them. 1 week delay.

We found the leak in January....and Kevin Phillips (the estimation manager --super nice guy with a great work ethic and superior customer service!) came over right away (literally, like within an hour, on a chilly Saturday). He tried to do a quick fix (at no additional charge!) to stop any additional leaking, but it didn't work. So, after he came over again, we all decided to replace the roof. We picked out the shingles and got on the calendar to have the job done in the Spring. By mid-March (it was an unusually warm forecast last year), we got a call from our project manager that the roof would be done in 2 days.....so, the garbage receptacle got delivered the next day and the roofing team was at our house before 8 a.m. the following morning. They LITERALLY did not quit working until our roof was stripped of the old shingles, new were put on, and the mess around the house was cleaned up. Granted, our roof is small and simple, but these guys didn't even take a lunch break! We were impressed! The garbage receptacle was retrieved the next day and....WHA-LA, done!!! We have not had any more leaking. We paid a bit more for the job to be done, but we are more than satisfied that it got done so unexpectedly quickly and efficiently.

Full Service Roofing did an excellent job!! They performed their services in a very efficient time frame and were very neat and cleaned up after they were finished. We had a hard time finding someone to quote this roof replacement because of the steep pitch and we were replacing a shake shingle roof. Full Service Roofing did not hesitate and gave us several options for our replacement. We could not be more pleased!!! We would highly recommend them.

They were expensive but good. They were experienced. The price I really didn't know if that's high so it might be comparative to the people especially when they took off the old, put on brand new roof. They didn't put new wood on, but they took off the old and put on the new roof, so it was probably okay. I'm not a roofer but I'm sure that it was good. I got up to 20-year guarantee on it. I put the letter that I approved to have him to do it, and he never did get back to me at all. I had to call them like two weeks later, but what had happened, he had a big mailbox at the front of his house, I guess they didn't really use and then a regular mailbox, and I put in the big mailbox since I thought was for the roofing stuff. They never even opened that box up. So, I called up, then he went out and found that my insurance okayed it. The guys were really nice. I didn't see the owner really anymore it's the guys that work me, and they're all were nice to me.

The estimator did a great job and in a timely manner – however it was a month before work was done – gutters were installed (well done).

The crew arrived at approximately 9:00 a.m. They worked very efficiently and completed the project around 3:00 p.m. without any breaks.

Did roof on 1st day. Crew worked together well & arrived on time. Gutters & rain barrels on day 2. Explained to Mike where to place barrels.

While home visiting my parents, some of the worst storms hit the area in the longest time. There roof took most of the impact of damage. I set up a few appointments with local roofing companies to get some estimates. With me only visiting for another week, I wanted to be there for the estimates. I explained to the companies that I called, my parents were elderly. They don't deal with stuff like that well and I wanted to be around to help. Only 2 companies understand the situation and agreed to come out ASAP. Out of the 2, Full Service Roofing was the only one who actually came out.

The gentleman I met with understood I was trying help my parents and squeezed me in between appointments to make sure I was able to be there for the estimate. After coming back home, the parents ended up getting 2 more estimates weeks later. Those estimates were comparable with Full Service Roofing. My parents said the other 2 companies were extremely pushy. I'm not going to bash them by putting there names on here but one tried to tell my parents on if they didn't sign and give a deposit that day it could be months before they could do the job. I don't go for the pushy sales tactics and neither does Dad.

Following some research on the company and reading the reviews on here they ended up going with Full Service Roofing. They were rated really high and had great reviews. A manger came out to get the contract signed and take the deposit. He noticed my Marine Corps pictures and found out I was a Veteran. They ended up knocking a little more off the price and thanked my parents for my service.

As you get older people tend to try to take advantage of you especially during times of need. I was worried someone would do this to them. Not the case here. The roof has since been installed and my parents said everything went better then expected. If there happy I'm happy.

The crew called about an hour prior to arrival  to let us know the arrival time. The three man crew started immediately, worked straight through lunch, and finished about 4:30 on a blistering hot day.

We left our info with company, at a local home show.  They contacted us promptly, drove to our home with the estimate and contract and were available by phone.  Timely, professional service, and excellent roofers.

All representatives of the company & employees were friendly, timely and true to their word.
