"We hired Mark for multiple projects including fixing a railing, installing new shelves in a closet, and multiple other projects. He was very professional and punctual. His attention to detail was excellent. I also appreciated his recommendations on what would work best with the spaces we working on. I highly recommend hiring Mark from Arkwright Handyman."

"Jimâ  s crew was diligent in preparing the home for paint; scraping old pain, caulking of windows and between boards, and repairing or sanding of rotted wood to get to solid wood. Jim did a great job in matching previous paint and the material utilized will last through many hot Summers and cold winters. The paint application with paint sprayers and brushes was executed very well. Jimâ  s got a great crew and worked to get the project completed on time. Jim was available through the entire project and weâ  re happy with the project. Iâ  m sure weâ  ll use Jim and Next Level again and please reach out if you need any help on making a decision on Jimâ  s team"

"We had a big project in place for our deck and they went above and beyond for our expectations. Project took longer than planned due to the weather but they finished it on a holiday! Terry communicated with us the entire process and ensured the deck was finished to perfection! We could not be more pleased with how our deck turned out!"

Fencing questions, answered by experts

Green branches are more flexible and easier to work with, but they'll shrink as they dry, which can loosen your fence weave over time—so you'll need to weave them extra tight to account for shrinkage. Some species, particularly willow, may also try to sprout when used green. For these reasons, it’s typically easiest to use branches that have dried for a week or two.

You can reuse chain link fences as long as they’re in good condition. The best part—reusing it helps you make the most of the cost of a chain link fence. Whether you want to reuse it or consider asking someone to remove it for you in exchange for a free fence, it’s possible. If you can’t find a location for it in your yard, you can repurpose a chain link fence by donating it to a local animal shelter or community garden.

Costs depend on material, labor, and additional features like gates or decorative elements.

By securing posts deeply and ensuring proper drainage around foundations.

When your rolls of silt fence join together, you’ll want to overlap them to make sure they’re still as effective at keeping water out without requiring fastening together. Overlap two sections of the silt fencing so that two sheets of fabric cover the span of two posts. If you want to fasten them together, you can staple them or use a zip tie, depending on whether your posts are metal or wood.
