You may also notice musty odors in parts of your home, as leaks can lead to condensation on your air ducts that can promote mold growth behind your walls.

If air ducts aren’t regularly cleaned and maintained, your HVAC system will circulate dirty air through your home, affecting the air you breathe. Also, trapped moisture can lead to mildew and mold growth, particularly in regions with high humidity.
