It went just as planned except the service tech that showed up wasn't in the best mood. There seemed to be a little confusion within their company on what he was supposed to be doing. He mentioned that his boss didn't tell him all the details so he had to call him and try to get the details.
They did find out there were two leaks in 2 of the three compressors which would be a costly fix and they suggested to replace the entire unit.
They did give me a quote for a new unit with parts/labor but I decided to go with a different company. EZ-Air was about $4,000 more then the company I chose for the same size unit and installation.
Overall EZ-Air is a good company and I will more then likely set up a maintenance plan with them.

On the whole their service was excellent. They were on time. They were quick. They do just a general good stuff.

They came and surveyed the job and followed up quickly with a bid. I asked what part of the work I could do myself to bring down the bid as much as possible. They came back with a second bid, which we agreed on, and we scheduled the work. They came as promised and did a nice job in the time frame they said they would.
