21 Very poor quality! Do yourself a favor, do not even consider Bullock Garages! Garage sagged 1.5" at the middle of the door opening within a year. They used a 2x6 as a header for a 16' garage door. I am now paying to have a LVL header put in. Unfortunately, I can only put a 2x8 LVL header in...
Came out once for initial meeting and information needed for a bid. Said he would have to send out framers and concrete people in order to get estimate together. Never heard from him again.
p&w were terminated from building my home any more in september. i had hired inspectors to inspect the inside and outside of my home for problems. and they found many problems with the inside of the home. update 7-17-15 have been in court with p&w since they were fired almost 2 years...
10lb weight restriction. This was extremely frustrating since we were told they would come on Tues. Overall, once the gentlemen arrived all of them were pleasant and courteous. Work went smoothly and they finished in 4 days. The concrete finish work is poor. This was especially discouraging...
They were in and out in one day. I expected 3 or 4 days of work. They poured a lot of concrete. Their price is a little above the average.
