Get matched with top floor sanding pros in Third Lake, IL

"Rustic flooring took the hardwood floor at my parents house from stained, dirty and in very rough shape to looking like a brand new floor. The price was extremely inexpensive for the work they did, from the estimate to completion the timing was super fast. We appreciate the wonderful job they did to help us prepare to put the house up for sale. Thank you so much Marcel and your Rustic Flooring team! I've tried to upload before and after photos but the files are too large to upload."

"We found Jerry on Angi after our first hardwood guy fumbled. The floor has rough spots and brush marks everywhere. Asked Jerry to give a 2nd opinions and his theories of what went wrong matched what we knew. Ended up hiring him to redo the floor and gosh that was one of the best decisions we made. Not only did the floor turned out beautifully, but he also did it completely dust free. He did not even wear a mark as he sanded. Jerry is fantastic. Would recommend him to all of our friends."

"best flooring experience. Mariusz came out and quickly quoted the floor, was very professional and fair. mariusz and his team had our new floor installed within days. they did a beautiful job and we already had him quote another job for us."

"Super honest and professional company. It s been awhile since I ve had such a positive experience with a company. I thought the floors in my newly purchased home needed refinishing but when Orest came to give me an estimate he said they only needed buffing and a coat of sealant. He could have easily sold a total redo but was so honest my family and I were impressed. He arrived promptly to do the work and when I stupidly walked on the floor too soon he came and repaired the damage at no charge. 10 stars for customer service!!!"

We have used Exposition Carpet for several carpet installations over many years in our finished basement, and have consistently found the best pricing, ease of schedule and quality installation thru them. I especially like that it's a family business and you are dealing directly with owners and not with a salesman that doesn't even know who his/her boss is. The installers have worked their for years and that says a lot.

After going through a back porch remodel enclosing to a mudroom, we wanted a pet friendly, water resistant and durable floor so we went with vinyl plank. The store had many options, and time frame to get material was within a week. We checked out a 'sale' prior at a trendy well known Lincoln Avenue store, only to be met with double the cost and attitude. So we ended up back at Exposition and it was a done deal within 2 weeks.

I thought I had reviewed them on AL, but realized I hadn't when the list asked if members had any feedback.

We wouldn't hesitate to use them for any flooring needs.

"My floors look AMAZING! Ray took his time making sure everything was just perfect. He was punctual, mindful of our living in the home while the work was being done and I had no sanding dust at all in my home! My husband and I comment about the beauty of the floor every day now. I would highly recommend them!"

"We had a great experience working with Top Bros construction and remodeling. They fully removed our tile and wood flooring and installed LVP that we had provided. They also installed new trim and baseboards throughout, which look great. They were timely and efficient. We are very happy with the outcome!"

"Daniel did a quick and professional job sanding and refinishing our old hard-wood floors. Conscientious and efficient, I would hire his company again without hesitation."

"Very polite, understanding men that showed up I would highly recommend you guys to anybody that needs flooring. Any suggestions? They followed them with all questions."

"After removing carpeting from our old staircase,we found several of our treads cracked and broken. Roman cut out all the old risers and treads and replaced them with beautiful new wood.He primed the risers and stringers all white. He stained and finished the treads to match the existing hardwood flooring. It looks beautiful. Roman is an honest, hard working man."
