"First, I would like to thank Oval Royce for overseeing this project and for bumping me up on the schedule, as water was leaking into my home and damaging my ceiling.  Oval came out to the house quickly, assessed the problem, and provided my with an estimate in a few short days.  The job itself went fine, Oval and his team showed up when they said they would, got the job done, and left the place tidy.  
 The only complaint I have is that after I awarded the job and left a sizable credit card deposit, the process to get on the schedule was a little frustrating.  I was in a rush because of the ceiling leaking which is why I gave the deposit so quickly.  Rebecca in the office told me I'd be on the schedule by Friday, but when I called on Friday, Rebecca didn't have a date for me and said I needed to call Oval.  I called Oval, but he told me I needed to call the office and talk to Rebecca.  I called Rebecca again and she told me she needed to check with Oval.  I was just at the point when I was thinking I'd made bad decision when they came through for me and got me on the schedule.  So many thanks for that, but be careful to not bounce your customers back and forth too much!
I'm very happy with the work they did, and how quickly they got it done.  I really appreciate the fast service, given it was raining a lot and my family room ceiling was leaking.  It isn't anymore!  Problem solved.  I will definitely use these guys again for any roofing issues.
