They completed the ceiling painting project of 1st floor, tall hallway, and 2nd floor landing in record time. Prep work was incredible; plastic sheeting everywhere. Final review to touch up a few spots prior to payment. Cleaned up area. Two-year warranty should there be a reemergence of stains covered with ProBlocker. Other contractors vetted would require 2-days, no or 1 year warranty, and in many cases only provide one coat of paint for higher price. Ray visited at start to prep Felix and the crew on finer details. Ended up costing less than originally quoted; no excess materials."
