"I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. I have already recommended JK Complete to family members."

"They were awesome. Went above and beyond. The price never changed. They were clean and meticulous and wanted to make sure we were happy. I even decided I wanted a bigger tub after he brought in the original one and I had him take it back. They did not complain or charge me more for the work. They are honest hard working, I can’t say enough positive things. The only negative and not really because it was Christmas time was a slight delay. To make up for that they wanted to work weekends and holidays as well. Pick them you won’t be disappointed."

"They did a great job with our spare and master bathrooms. We had older acrylic tubs and it was very difficult for my elderly handicapped mother to use them. Century City was able to convert her shower into a walk-in with a large seat and multiple support bars for her safety. They completed the projects in the timeframe our sales person advised and they were able to start a week earlier than we planned. Our bathrooms are updated and modern now and they use very high quality tile and toilets. We're very happy we chose them for the remodels!"

"It went extremely well. All the shrubs were removed and replaced within about 4 hours. I had assumed it would be a 2 day job or at least all day. We were very pleased with the completion time. Roberto contacted us immediately and scheduled an appointment. He gave great suggestions, things we would have never thought of. We love the natural stone that he added instead of the standard paver blocks that you see everywhere. It's very unique. He suggested bushes for privacy and an assortment of flowers for color, all of which we're happy with. They were very prompt and cleaned up afterwards. We'll definitely contact them for our next landscaping project."

Any time we had any questions or concerns, Ibro would call almost immediately. He showed up on time every day we expected and was always very neat & tidy with his work space. "Gordon and his crew (GR) did a great job adding finished space to our basement. The previous home-owner had made an attempt with insulation and a scattering of drywall. GR's team removed material and added framing to create two finished rooms, a bathroom, a closet, and a space for the sump pump. These additions required new lighting, connection to the existing HVAC system, new electrical outlets, and drywall installation/painting. A drywall ceiling as well as painting the existing rafters was is scope. The bathroom was already roughed in, so connections were made and fixtures were installed. GR's communication was responsive and professional. The scope of the project was discussed and documented. All completed work was good quality and we are happy with the results. We recommend hiring GR's team for your project."
