Been asking John the owner of top tier for receipts for over 6months now with no response for the 6 slabs or granite I order and one install. With him going dry on text or call who knows when I'll get them to install the other 5 slabs of granite or if we got to take them to court for a refund as they stopped all communication

The final caulking was not very good. The price of the granite went up 25% from the initial estimate.

"Hi Dale, Johnnie from Top Tier Stone. We received your review and want to thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear the final caulking did not come out to your standard. Often times the caulking can shrink, is it something that we can come back and fix for you? Would love to make it right. In regards to the stone cost going up 25%, we do apologize but the supplier that we were able to give us the lower stone price had an increase stemming from shipping issues. We really do appreciate your business, and again would love to discuss the caulking concern. Thank you."

Johnny was AMAZINGLY responsive and quite pleasant to work with. It was nice that he asked me if I wanted to select my own countertop slab and went with me to choose it. I would not hesitate to use this company again. It was such a relief that he actually listened to what I wanted instead of foisting products or services upon me just to make a sale. Johnny told me more than once that **he was going to take care of me**. So he has. He has gone above and beyond in several ways. I had to delay my countertop installation because the cabinet guy did such horrible work, and was treating me in the worst way. Johnny called some people he knows to **make things better and make sure I was taken care of with people who will do quality cabinets**. He did not have to do that. He just felt bad that someone would do that to me. He stepped up and gave me a referral within a few minutes.
