The person who did the work for me was Kevin and he did a great job. I really like his work a lot and his prices are reasonable he had only charged me $4500. He has always done more than I needed him to do and he had an assistant Shawn who went up the roof and did work. They are just great and I would definitely us them again in the future.

This was a great experience. Our upstairs furnaces quit working. I called Kevin that afternoon to see when he could take a look. I explained that we were okay without the upstairs furnace because our downstairs furnace was still working and a space heater kept the upstairs fairly warm. Nevertheless, he came out the first thing the next morning. He arrived fifteen minutes early. He also wore work slippers over his shoes while inside the house to prevent tracking snow all over the house. Kevin had the upstairs furnace operational again within thirty minutes (we had a blocked pressure switch hose). He then checked over everything else, repaired our humidifier, and replaced our filter. He also explained to me how the humidifier / furnace system worked. Since Kevin did such a good job on the upstairs furnace, I wanted him to check over the downstairs furnace too. The downstairs furnace has a special filter that only needs to be changed once a year, but he found that the filter was badly clogged and needed to be replaced. The clogged filter was causing the furnace to cycle frequently instead of staying on until the desired temperature was reached. Now the downstairs furances runs much more efficiently. Kevin also cleaned the entire furnace and repaired the humidifier, which had the same problem as the upstairs furnace. Finally, Kevin noticed that one of our thermostats was a little loose on the wall. He re-installed the thermostat on the wall more securely, and even swept up the few small pieces of drywall that landed on the floor. Overall, I was very impressed. Kevin was punctual, professional, and fixed both furnaces quickly. I feel like this kind of service is hard to find. I will be recommending Kevin to anyone who needs and HVAC contractor.
