"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"The purchase of my new kitchen cabinets and counter tops went great, sales rep Greg was very attentive to all questions I had, made adjustments as needed, pricing was good, and they are made right on the premise, they came out to measure, delivery time was great, thought it would take maybe 4-6 weeks, we got in 2 weeks, delivery was on time promised, we did our own install. Counter tops were ordered and delivered 6 days later, installers were GREAT, Rodrigo and partner were on time promised, very professional, friendly, quick, cleaned up after, would not even know they were there, except for my new counter tops. "We had new flooring put in our living room, dining room, hallway and kitchen and new carpeting on the stairs. Wonderful experience beginning with our first encounter with Annette. She was totally professional and very patient with helping us make the right decision, which wasn't an easy thing to do with us. She explained all the aspects of the difference choices in flooring several times to us which helped with our decision. She kept in touch with us throughout the installment to make sure things were going smoothly. The installers we had were polite and also very professional. Made sure things were put in the right way. "We ordered over $20,000 in windows, doors, and interior trim from wilke. Things went well until the person that we ordered everything from abruptly was no longer there. We were assigned another salesperson who seemed disinterested in seeing the project through. All three of the sliding doors wilke sent out had issues. I first informed wilke of the issues 08/07/17. They came out a few months later and fixed two of the three doors. I called them and told them that they forgot to fix the sliding door in our master bedroom and that the door in our living room had broken again. They sent someone out a second time (a few months later) but it was with the wrong parts. It is now 02/23/18 and they still have not fixed the two doors that have been broken for over 6 months. They blame the delay on not being able to get the parts but in reality, they did not even order the correct parts until we escalated the issue to upper management. We are now waiting for the parts to come in and wilke to hopefully fix the sliding doors. But they are estimating that to be in March. I went with wilke because of their claim of customer service. I will never go back again and I hope anyone reading this does their homework."

"We have used Brook's Creek on two different fencing jobs. The first was an aluminum fence for our dog 40' x 100' in the back. The second was a cedar fence down the property line. The crew chief was the same on both jobs and he, as well as the workers, were very professional as well as working fast and continuously. They cleaned up after the job and helped with the dirt removed from the post holes. I highly recommend this company!
