I'm a sole proprietor. On very rare occasion, I may need to sub-contract a portion of your repairs. I'm centrally located along the shores of Lake Shelbyville, my shop is just SE of Findlay. Generally, we will discuss payment. It largely depends on the scope of the project. You and I will sit down and discuss completion goals, and if a large project, payment may be required in measurable and pre approved stages.

I do have licensed plumbers that will be available if you have plumbing jobs that need done. I do have a full time job. So most of my work is performed after I am off work and on the weekends. I have been known to take time off work to work on clients projects.
