Americas Best Exteriors, Fire, and Water Restoration

Amazing service , everything was complete in one day and the job was done quickly and appropriate . The contractors were polite and respectful. Explained what they were doing. Once the work was completed the clean up. I will differently use the service again and recommend the services.

Couldn't have gone much worse -- Some roof shingles blew off so I looked for Angie’s List roofers with a good rating and found a fair-sounding deal offer of America’s Best Exteriors: “Roof Maintenance For Unlimited Square Footage $198, Offered by: Americas Best Exteriors, Fire, and Water Restoration.” Accordingly, I called the company on 6-22-2020 & explained that I need shingles replaced and possibly a new, short gutter & downspout installed. We set 6-26-2020 for Rafael to come & give an estimate. But on 6-26-2020 Rafael called & said he couldn’t come because it was raining & he’d need to climb onto the roof in order to make an estimate, so we set 6-30-2020 at 12 noon as a new date. This time (6-30-2020) Rafael not only failed to show up for our 12:00 appointment but din't even call, so around 1 p.m. I called the company’s office: no answer so I left a voicemail asking about status re a new appointment and today's missed appointment.. No one even bothered to return my call. Contractors complain loudly about clients who aren’t there for an appointment, but America’s Best apparently believes it’s perfectly fine for it to make appointments and then completely ignore them, leaving the client waiting, waiting & waiting for a technician who never bothered to come or even had the common courtesy to call. Boo to Americas “Best?” Exteriors.

Great. They were very professional. Mike came out, gave me an estimate, and had his crew back quick-as-you please to get the work done (in less time than we thought). Haven't had a single problem with the roof since.

I had the inside of my garage painted and it was a birthday gift for my husband. America’s Best was very flexible to be able to complete it when my husband was out of town. We had some storm damage and decided to go with America’s Best. Josh came out, on OUR schedule, to do the inspection. Afterwards he worked directly with our insurance company to get ALL of the work covered. He again came over when it was convenient for us, patiently went over all our options, what insurance would cover And how the process would go. Communication was wonderful, follow up was impeccable and we could not be happier with the result. We live on a high foot-traffic street and people regularly stop be to tell me what a huge change and how wonderful it looks now. We’re looking forward to summer and more projects we have planned with America’s Best!

Thank you to America's Best for making a stressful situation a lot better quickly. They worked closely with our insurance company to make sure they were aware of all of the damage so it would be covered and repaired. Our basement looks great and we would recommend them highly.

When I contacted America's Best after my Google search, they were at our house within a couple of hours and all Restoration work was completed that day! They stayed until around midnight that night (with our permission) to make sure the job was complete. They were hard working and professional. We couldn't ask for better service!

America's Best did a great job restoring my home after a serious water leak that destroyed almost my entire town home.  My home was inhabitable since there was mold that needed to be re mediated and the furnace and hot water heater needed to be removed to complete the work.  I was amazed at how efficiently their team packed me up and moved me out of my home. They worked closely with my insurance company to set me (and my dog) up in temporary housing while the work was being done. The incident occurred the week before Thanksgiving and the team worked tirelessly to get me moved back into my home in time to host my family for Christmas.

Their work included removing and replacing my hardwood floors, installation of new cove base, removal and replacement of drywall, painting, mold remediation, air duct cleaning, removal and replacement of mechanicals (furnace, hot water heater, appliances), packing up all my home contents, storing the boxes and moving all items back in.  In addition to all the work related to the water issue, I hired them to reface my fireplace surround, install new counters and back splash in my kitchen, replace electrical fixtures and fine clean.  My home is better than ever and I am completely happy with the results.

America's Best is a family owned company and every single person I dealt with was super nice and accommodating.  Believe me, this unexpected ordeal was very emotional for me and they were all very supportive and understanding.

My first contact with them was actually a fluke and boy was I ever glad. America's Best did everything that needed to be done. From the initial restoration to doing a complete renovation of the first floor and basement. Seriously, they took care of everything: packing everything up and storing it in pods, removing cabinets, drywalling, painting, laying new flooring, installing new cabinets, sink, granite countertops, backsplash etc. They even did a few things that they didn't have to like put new hoses on my washer and install a outlet with built in USB. And THEN they left a special thank you gift for me when everything was complete-so very special. Thanks Americas Best!!!

Very good. The work was done in a timely fashion and for a great price. The project manager Mike was very informative and helpful throughout the process. Our office has never looked better.
