Serviceman called back I explain the circumstance's to him he states he needs 125.00$ to come to house
I gave him my credit card he charges the 125,00$ then proceeds with a sales pitch about how much cheaper a monthly fee for
their service would be, I declined.
Serviceman arrives looks over situation calls me back states it will be 701.00 to clear sewer line that has a outside house access
Tenants can not use toliets or showers serviceman is aware of the situation I am in and I tell him to proceed

I was really surprised that he said he was in the area and would be here with-in 1hr or less. He showed up in less then 30 min. He was very nice and located the leak very quickly. I was given a price before he did any work and he told me  exactly what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it.. It took him a little less then an hour and was clean, courteous and  friendly. As he was going over the bill he asked me if I ever served in the military? I not only was pleased with this technician  but I was given a 10% discount for serving our country.
