"I was looking for someone to help clean, and started looking at the top people out there to do it. I contacted a few, but was told it was out of their area, and too far to go. When I contacted Traci she also said it was a ways to go, but was open to making the trip. We communicated back and forth and worked out a plan that was beneficial to both of us. She worked me into the schedule faster than I thought I might be able to get it done. She was able to think "outside the box" which was a very nice thing to deal with. I was unable to be around the day that she came, but I left her a check and told her how to gain access. We set up what was priority and they would accomplish that and any additional items would be a bonus. I came back into town that night and checked in at the house. WOW! She had accomplished the kitchen to a spotless point. Cabinets looked great inside and out, appliances were good. I don't think I have seen the faucet shine like it was. Bathrooms both looked great. Carpet was done to the point that I felt bad walking on it because it looked so nice. Other areas were wiped down and the house smelled clean. The smell was a big thing that previous individuals had noted when entering house. She cleaned on Saturday and on Tuesday the next week the house had a signed lease. I have to think that the cleaning helped to accomplish that. I really appreciate her willingness to think of possibilities and make it work out. This is my first choice for who to contact if you need cleaning."
