Prompt arrival by the team of three. Vacuumed, mopped, and did a move out clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were especially spotless...even took off the tough hard water buildup. No windows since I did not request that to be in scope.

The staff was very hard working and pretty thorough. The cleaned a majority of the house and my observation was that they (3 people) were working very hard. I recognize for the time it would have taken me, I could never have gotten as far as they did in that same amount of time and I was having people over later so I was happy to not spend my entire day cleaning. I was hiring them for a deep clean though and there were a few things that I felt were missed. I had discussed having the windows in the living room cleaned and they weren't but the ladies had been there for almost 6 hours and I didn't realize the windows weren't done before they left so I just did them myself. I noticed a few little things like the light switches were not all wiped down, while the floors were mopped the base board area where it meets the tile could have used some attention, as could the base of the toilets where they meet the floor. I have had general housecleaning before and this was the first "deep clean" I have purchased so I am not sure if perhaps my expectation was too high. Overall, I would consider hiring them again, as it was much easier for me to move through the house and finish the few details as opposed to cleaning from top to bottom by myself.

Talked with Carla over the phone. That was my first initial contact with Clean Choice. Very prompt, helpful and friendly. We then met in person at my home. Again, very prompt, professional, helpful and kind. On the day of the service, Carla also accompanied the crew (three girls) to show them what needed to be done. They did an amazing job!! Very professional and kind. I am going to have them help with a deep clean on my house before we move in and then use them on a regular basis after that. I initially contacted them based on the other reviews on Angies List. I am so happy with the Clean Choice and looking forward the a long term relationship with them!!! :)

They did a very good job. They were here for about 6 hours and 3 people. They did everything they said they were going to do. A very efficient crew.  Asked me to look over their work before they left to make sure I was satisfied.  I recommended them to a friend & she was  very happy with their work too.

Vickie arrived and went through the entire process and carefully went through the houses so I knew exactly what they would do and how long it would take. The crew came right and time. They are very complete and professional in their work. They cleaned from top to bottom except the windows which we had already done so that was not needed. Walls, kitchen woodwork, lights, sweep basement,floors that just shine, bathrooms and kitchen the just shine. If you need someone for a special event, a prep for putting a house for sale, or any kind of time for cleaning, these are the people to hire. The company is very professional.

Overall it went vey well. A few missed small items but we were pleased enough to hire them to clean every 4 weeks. They are very expensive compared to an individual cleaning person but they really work the whole time they are here, are thorough, and that is important to me. Vickie was very professional when she came to review our home and give us a quote. It was a pleasure working with her. The cleaning crew is usually 2 people and one person always speaks English. I'm glad that is one more worry off of my mind and I know my home will look its best after they are done. I also like the fact that I can call Vickie if something is not done and she will have someone come back out to complete the job. If you can afford them it is worth it.

On the first cleaning they came in and cleaned the inside screens and windows.  They took down and cleaned plates on the wall that had never been touched by any of my previous services.  They also cleaned ceiling fans, and took down and washed the glass.  We have hard wood floors, and they have been able to clean the dust out from under the sofas.  Again, something that previous services did not do.  I appreciate this because I am allergic to dust.
Each time they come they work together very efficiently and quickly.  Because they use their time very well they do not cost more than other cleaning services.

This staff was AMAZING and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this company! Hard workers, friendly and professional! Everything from the initial setup, quoting, day of cleaning and follow up. You can see that their workers are treated with respect and dignity from their owners and are truely appreciated! I thank you for your professionalism and will be using you again in the future!

.They did an excellent job.  No complaints at all.  They were on time and did exactly what I asked and even went beyond.  The reason I haven't used them lately is because I found a smaller service who isn't quite as good but are much more flexible about when they can come.  I only use a cleaning service when I am expecting company or entertaining.  Sometimes I need them to come on short notice and they can accomodate me on that more than Clean Choice is able to do because they have so many regular customers.

they did the job thoroughly, and reduced the price one time by $25 for the inconvenience of changing to July 5 from July 4 due to the holiday.

The girls have always been quite prompt and get to work immediately.  They are pleasant, but don't spend time talking and visiting. The bathrooms and kitchen are always sparkling when they are done.  I do provide Bona for them to do my hardwood floors, but other than that, they provide all of the other cleaning products.

two cleaners moved fast and gave the place the most thorough cleaning I've ever seen.  they did EVERY exposed surface in the house including the tops of tall book shelves.  They removed so much calcium from faucets and other surfaces that this 15 + year old condo looks BETTER than new!  now that it's virtually spotless.  future cleanings will go a lot faster, and is estimated to cost a LOT less.  For us seniors, its' WIN - WIN

very efficient

I was faced with having to clean up my deceased mother's condo from long-distance in Victoria, BC, Canada. I contacted several cleaning services via email. Clean Choice was the first to call back. They came across as very knowledgeable and eager to earn my business. With the help of my cousin they came to the condo and gave a reasonable estimate. They were able to set up an appointment that met our needs, showed up on time, did the work and more and left us feeling really good about their service. Thanks for helping out during a difficult time.
