He came and cleaned our gutters. There were some big sticks on top of our house. We did not expect them to clean that up but I was very happy they did. 5 stars and we will hire them again.

He asked for $200 to clean the gutters and downspouts. Great - lets do it, I said. Hed need an extra $100 for the new downspout. I had no idea how much they cost, so I said fine. (Later learned they are about $10-20 at Lowes.) Then he said How about making it $350 total so we can get everything wrapped up today? And that, my friends, is how you find a bad contractor. The quality of the work was adequate but when I learned what I should have paid...Shame on me. I should have been smarter. This doesnt excuse Mitch Camp Construction for totally gouging prices if he thinks the person hes speaking to is dumb enough. (I failed the test this time but wont again.) Cost for 1.5 hours work and a $15 downspout: $350

Did what he said he would do - job done fast and complete. Overall satisfied with workmanship. Slightly more cost than expected for the size of job, but I understand the cost for a company to make a trip to the project site for a small job is the same as the cost for a large project.
