They were very professional and efficient. They finished the job in about 4 hours. The windows are beautiful! They did an awesome job of cleaning up afterwards and you wouldn’t know they’d even been in my home. I’m really happy with the price, quality, and workmanship. I would definitely use these guys again!!"

"The Chicago Window Guys is a great company to have install your windows and doors. the owner Russ came out and was not aggressive or pushy like other companies. He was patient and truly listened to what me needs were. Since I have a big home I wasn't able to have all my windows done at once. This was ok! Russ worked with my budget and I got a new patio door, kitchen window and living room window. I was concerned about how well they will block out noise since I live close to a train track. The door and windows are great at reducing noise and keeping my home cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The installers were professional and did a great, high quality and thorough job. Will use this company again to get the rest of my windows done."

"Excel, did an excellent job answering our million questions and was courteous. We had an issue that wasn't Excel's fault. My wife wanted the patio doors that has the blinds inside the window. But the last update that Excel received from our village was it doesn't meet code. So we had to go with the regular patio doors. So once the windows and patio door was replaced, the village had to approve it. So as the village inspector was doing his job, I took it upon myself to ask why the village doesn't allow patio doors with blinds inside the windows. The inspector informed me that we can, the particular code was changed some time back. Excel wasn't aware of the change, so we immediately called Excel informing them of what we just heard. Excel without hesitation got us the windows that my wife originally wanted. Excel made my wife happy, which made me happy later on that night & that night our patio doors were changed to the ones she wanted!!! Thanks Excel!!"

Their crew quickly and thoroughly gave me a new roof, gutters, vents and a solar attic fan. I was impressed how clean they left my property everything was hauled away. I would not hesitate to use them again in fixing or remodeling my home."

Talked on Wednesday, got an estimate Thursday, job completed Friday. 100% customer friendly, they purchased the screen door for us, installed it and the hardware, repaired multiple parts of two double-hung windows. Fast and quality work for a great price. Had to make an adjustment the next day due to the age of our windows, and they came right back out for that right away.
