The finished product was great, however their communication ad follow-up left a lot to be desired. They were one of the few companies willing to do a custom door which included installation of an automatic pet door which I had pre-purchased. Their follow- up and communication were at best frustrating. 2 different times I had to reach out to the main office an employees in that office were able to help. The owner did not respond to multiple messages and VM, and on the couple of occasions when I did reach him, he gave me timeframes that weren't met (more details below).

I contacted Brighton Doors for a quote regarding replacing an old exterior wood door. Tim promptly set up a non-obligation appointment to meet. He explained all of my style options and pricing and advise me to contact him when I was ready. Tim was professional, answered all questions and promptly got back to me whenever I left messages. My door arrived in the time stated and was installed by Carlos who was also very professional and did an excellent job of my installation. My door matched my décor perfectly! Brighton Doors is an honest, reasonably prices service oriented and professional company that stands by their products. I highly recommend this company!

It went very well. The initial meeting was informative and detailed. The follow-up was complete and helpful. The actual installation and repair was out standing. Carlos the repair person was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. Overall a good experience.

The installation mostly went well. The installer showed up on time, hauled everything up three flights of stairs (making several trips) and worked efficiently. My only problem with the installation was that the sealing and painting of the window frame was left to me, a detail that was never shared until after installation. I feel like Brighton should have made that clear ahead of time. Here's why I won't hire Brighton again. When I put out a request for a quote back in November, the Brighton rep, Steve, was at my building within 48 hours. After accepting the quote and placing a deposit, I barely heard from him. We waited almost five months for installation from time of deposit and, for the first three months or so there was zero communication by Brighton. I reached out and was told that there were supply issues getting my window in which I completely understand. COVID has messed everything up and I know it's not Brighton's fault. This is bigger than all of us. I do wish, however, that someone would have reached out to me just to give me a heads up. From that point forward I reached out every so often for updates, often never hearing back. It was only when I called the office and asked to speak to Steve that I made some headway. The office asked what my call was regarding and I said, "the several emails he hasn't responded to." Following this exchange, Steve was in contact with me but there were constant delays due to weather--which I completely understand--but the reschedule was always, "hey, we'll be there tomorrow." I mean, I have a job. I need notice. I'm not on call for this. And when they cancelled--again, usually due to reasonable circumstances--it was at the last minute. TL:DR - installation was fine, the process leading up to it was enormously frustrating and lacked communication.

Well just didn't replace my ice dam heaters otherwise very good work so far 1year in.

My wife and I have used Brighton on several occasions. The Brighton employees do excellent work and are always very professional. Bright has installed floors, interior doors, wainscoting, crown molding and a new front door. When they renovated our bathroom the tile we had selected for our shower was not available. We picked another pattern and it turned out this new pattern that required more detail work. The Brighton employees rolled with the change and our bathroom looks great. I cannot say enough goo things or recommend Brighton more highly. J.M. Wheaton

Brighton did a great job. The contractor was onsite on time and completed the job as expected. He secured the work area and cleaned it after the work was done. Our new patio door works great and we like the way how it looks from outside.

Fine. All done in less than 2 hours

Brighton recently replaced an old multi-panel kitchen window that obscured my backyard view with a large single pane glass opening. The new window lets in a huge amount of light and has transformed my kitchen. I now look out my kitchen window every morning to a clear unobstructed view of my backyard garden.

Tim, the sales consultant , is great to work with . He is prompt In providing an estimate and scheduling the work. Tim responds to phone calls and emails quickly . The crews that do the work are professional, knowledgeable and tidy . We have hired Brighton for a few of our home repair projects over the years and will contact them again for any future projects.

Very good job of installing both the awning and entrance door. I am very pleased and will definitely utilize Brighton again should such need arise. The quality of the products are great and the job is done so thoroughly. The installer does the work so neatly and cleans up behind each job performed. Again I am very pleased with doing business with Brighton.

Steve answered my message promptly and gave us an estimate quickly. The price was comparable to another company's price. I was impressed with Steve's professionalism and that he wore a mask to give us the quote. The windows were measured accurately and the glass block looks great!!! Installers arrived at the agreed upon time and cleaned up nicely after the work was finished.

Water damage due to burst pipe in bathroom. Also required drywall repair on first floor. They did a good job and were very responsive and available to questions and comments. They are expensive - this job cost much more than I thought it would, even though I purchased many of the materials myself, which saved the additional fee of them buying all materials.

We're really happy with the windows and with the work that was done. We also appreciate the no-nonense quoting process that doesn't waste your time. We will definitely hire them again.

It was a wonderful experience. The carpenters showed up on time and worked constantly and did a great job. What I appreciate most is the salesman stopped by to check on the workers, but didn't check in with me. This showed me he cared about the quality of work performed regardless if I knew he was there. Then once they finnished he reviewed the work to make sure we were satisfied.

Brighton did a great job. Love my new windows. It’s quieter in my house along with warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.

All of the jobs were done very professionally. The staff/workers were on time, did the job well, completed on time and did a great clean up. As I stated, I have used the services of Brighton Home Products over many years and have recommended them to friends and acquaintances.
