As a father of 5 and owner of pets I understand the importance of wanting to keep what you have protected. At Spence fencing we can provide you with an affordable, professional chain link fence to keep your pets and children in and outside animals outs. call today
"Never higher Spence Fencing for a project. I hired Ronnie Spence to do a project for installing fence that I already had. His communication was atrocious as well as his ability to show up during agreed upon timelines. He only takes calls and texts that convenience him. He was supposed to show up and install fence posts one day and the panels the next day. It began to rain for 15 minutes and Ronnie Spence took the cash and disappeared. He couldn't cash a check from USAA apparently and needed the cash. He has left all of his tools at my property, along with his trash, empty cigarette packs, and cigarette buds. Neighbors heard him being unprofessional yelling at a female in my back yard. I contacted Angi to get half my money back and after him using his kids and wife as an excuse has still refused saying that digging 5 holes was worth $700. I still have his tools and his paperwork that contains other customer personal information. He refuses to give half the money back for a job not complete."

"I should have checked all these reviews before engaging them. Overall fencing was good but I was charged for branch removal from a tree even though their estimator told me that they will take care of everything. Moreover, they had cut two of my sprinkler pipes and did not even inform me about it. My garden was flooded in the morning as I had my sprinkler to run every day early in the morning. All that I was asking was to reimburse $200 paid to their crew to remove the branches but no they would not. So watch out for all the hooks and hidden costs. Not ethical"

I'm a sole proprietor. On very rare occasion, I may need to sub-contract a portion of your repairs. I'm centrally located along the shores of Lake Shelbyville, my shop is just SE of Findlay. Generally, we will discuss payment. It largely depends on the scope of the project. You and I will sit down and discuss completion goals, and if a large project, payment may be required in measurable and pre approved stages.
