"Our backup sump pump alarm went off and I called Jake. He said it could be that the main sump was being overworked due to the heavy rains. He came out to check it. No pressure on his part to purchase a new one. We went ahead and had him install a new one. He was very professional. Left the work area clean. His fee was very reasonable. "Al called me within 20 minutes after my Inquiry. He told me he could have his guys here in 30 minutes and they were here. He gave me their names snd they called me, followed my direction to call me before they came to my door so I could manage my 2 German Shepherds. They were very polite, cleaned everything, wore botties on thier shoes, and offered advise on replacement of garbage disposal. Mark and Xavier were very good."
