up ourselves and how to avoid clogs that may come from a garbage disposal. (I don't know if ours did.)
The only thing I didn't like was that the bill at the end seemed a little high, and they didn't include a breakdown of how they had arrived at that amount. (e.g. parts and service hourly costs. Big Deal discounts, etc.)

Installation crew was prompt, very courteous and their installation was skilled. Crew had to move both washer and dryer in order to gain access to sump pit. "Mike and Matt were great, they were skilled, efficient, and friendly. I thought replacing an under-mount stainless steel sink in an existing granite cutout would be very difficult at best. I knew replacing the faucet and disposal would be a routine job. I was pleasantly surprised that the entire job went fine and they were finished in 2.5 hours. They cleaned up the work area and hauled away the old sink, etc. I will say that their prices are high, but I was willing to pay for quality work, especially with the tricky sink replacement."

They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house. Not only were they professional and aggressive in resolving the issue, but they were also very responsive to our urgent needs and showed up when they said they would for every visit. In addition I needed to have the kitchen sink drainer on the second sink changed to a new one as the old one was corroded. I asked about 6 plumbers for quotes and the quote submitted by Wiz Plumbers was very competitive (including a 10% discount for members of Angie's List). I scheduled the work for Thursday morning and the plumber showed up right on time. He took photos of his work before and after - I was supplying the garbage disposal unit and kitchen sink strainer. He was very professional in the way he handled things - covered his shoes with plastic covers, wore a face mask (corona virus) and gloves and cleaned up the entire site after he was done. The installation went very smoothly and after everything was done, I tested it to check if everything was working correctly - which it was. I would have no hesitation in hiring Wiz plumbers again as their prices are reasonable and the work is done correctly and on time."
