Same with existing ceiling fans, wiring appropriately. Sanded, primed and painted the ceiling joists that were not taped but caulked incorrectly by a previous handyman. Discussed fixing many cracks in the ceiling throughout the open concept for 3 rooms. He sent me an itemized quote for all items . Also redid 5 ceiling lights with new lighting electric boxes. Will be discussing a choice of floor for a home on a slab. His work is thoughtful, compliant for coded work. He is nice, respectful, and descriptive to his work status and work status.
