Tells me he stands behind his work AND he installed a good sump pump. I will hire him again if the occasion arrived. Arrive at the agreed upon time. Very professional and knowledgeable, you can tell he is very experienced. Answered my novice questions with respectful answers, providing me with the information I was seeking even if I did not ask the right question."

"I had a sump pump installed (fall 2022), along with drainage channels and a moisture barrier in one of corner of my basement. The sump pump has a battery backup system too. Install was done very professionally. They worked with me to finance the project through a 0% loan which was a nice feature. There was an issue in spring of 2023. They came promptly, diagnosed a bad pump and replaced free of charge. Recently the pump alarm kept going off intermittently. Got a repair tech scheduled to come out same week. He found a issue with how the alarm was placed and replaced that part. Both times that I had issues, thetechs were very knowledgeable and informed me further about how the system works. "We hired Brian to waterproof our basement last year but this year, we received a heavy rainstorm that created massive flooding around the area. Everything Brian waterproofed was bone dry but there was an exit door entry way that we never even considered waterproofing. The door held back most of the water but it managed to get in through the cracks of the door. 

I contacted multiple companies that night and the next morning, but Brian was the only one who responded back first thing in the morning. He agreed to meet us at our house to assess the problem, and we appreciated that he arrived quickly. After evaluating multiple options, Brian told us that we needed a sump pump and drain tile installed to permanently fix this problem. He initially scheduled us for the next Monday, but after understanding our urgency, he bumped us up to the next day. The workers arrived when he said they would, and the work was completed the same day in the afternoon. Thank you to Brian and his company for being so accommodating, being there when we needed him, and completing the work promptly.

After some heavy rains, we noticed that we were still getting some seepage in our "waterproofed" basement. After contacting Brian (for our lifetime warranty or whatever), he said he would come out. He then proceeded to cancel/make an excuse the next 3-4 appointments. Then he just stopped responding to emails/calls. We're very disappointed because we really liked Brian. Now we have to open the walls to see where the seepage is coming in and call someone else to seal them."

"Patrick and Josh came to our house on Saturday morning after an initial walkthrough Friday evening. At first glance our troubles seemed easy, but the further they got, the bigger the problem was realized to be. They discovered that the problem in fact was the result of shortcuts taken by the previous owner and walked us through the work that was needed.. They came back the following morning to start breaking the foundation to find and fix the problem. Our sewage line had been left open to drain into a sump pump pit, and work had to be done to correct these shortcuts and correctly connect everything to the sewer line.

"Rardins has merged with Mattex Plumbing, but Oscar Rardin is still with them. Very professional, both over the phone and kept me updated through texts on the phone. Showed up as promised and was done within 3 hours. Only real difference was in how prices have inflated since 2014 (last time pump was replaced) $1400 vs $500 The pump accounted for over $1200 of that total. Oscar did a excellent job!"

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."
