"This review is well over due. Now that we have the drain tile system we have not received any flooding The day he began Brian's team came to our house promptly in the morning at 8am. They immediately started jack hammering the floor around the perimeter of the basement. While two men jack hammered on opposite ends the rest of the team followed behind them clearing debris and bringing the large pieces to a truck to be hauled away. They then installed the drain pipe, sump pumps, and poured cement. They were able to compete the project within 8 hours. I was definitely impressed! Now that it is a year later with 3 seasons behind us we cannot complain about his installation of the drainage system. Furthermore, one year later he still provided us with exceptional customer service. Oddly enough our pipes connected to our sump pump that takes the water from the drain tile to the backyard became detached. He responded asap with putting the detached pipes from the sump pump back together and making sure what happened will not happen again. What I liked about him in comparison to the other companies was his approach. No sales techniques, nothing gimmicky just genuine and straight shooter type of guy. He believes in his service, no thrills and whistles to the product. Just common sense solutions with quality service. It's your house your investment. Call this guy, no "BS" to it. He won't let you down.

"Patrick and Josh came to our house on Saturday morning after an initial walkthrough Friday evening. At first glance our troubles seemed easy, but the further they got, the bigger the problem was realized to be. They discovered that the problem in fact was the result of shortcuts taken by the previous owner and walked us through the work that was needed.. They came back the following morning to start breaking the foundation to find and fix the problem. Our sewage line had been left open to drain into a sump pump pit, and work had to be done to correct these shortcuts and correctly connect everything to the sewer line.

Partrick was honest and up front regarding the cost estimate, giving us several options, including both best and worst case scenarios. He and Josh were very professional and polite, staying late to finish up Monday night.

Our situation quickly went from what we thought would be a quick and easy fix, to what was in my eyes a rather large operation. "Rardins has merged with Mattex Plumbing, but Oscar Rardin is still with them. Very professional, both over the phone and kept me updated through texts on the phone. Showed up as promised and was done within 3 hours. Only real difference was in how prices have inflated since 2014 (last time pump was replaced) $1400 vs $500 The pump accounted for over $1200 of that total. Oscar did a excellent job!"

On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. "Basement Seepage Solutions was my fifth quote. I almost canceled because I was sick of getting quotes and all the big companies charge about the same $70-90 per foot of drain tiles. Matthew's company beat these quotes hands down. He charges $50 a foot plus $10 off a foot for Angies list members (a savings of $1000 for me.). This company beat the next lowest quote by $3,600 so this was a no brainer. Matthew's company did excellent work. They were on time and professional and communicated with me the entire time. Also, Matt is on site during the process and is not just a sales man who comes for a quote then sends out a crew. The job took two days mainly due to the Villages inspection schedule. But I think this is preferable over the big companies that want to do it all in one day but are in your house from 8-8. Highly recommend if you need any sort of basement work done"
