I have since led a career in social services and nonprofit management with successful results in community outreach and program development in Chicago and the south suburbs. Working in social services has taught me that people need and want different accommodations to successfully achieve their goals. That same day they booked us for May 2nd 2021. Wednesday April 28 2021 I contacted them to confirm my move, they confirmed with me that we were good to go on May 2nd 2021 at 9am. On May 2nd 2021 7am they texted me that they were unable to come at 9am. They are irresponsible and unprofessional. Do not give them your business if you want a guarenteed service. Go with someone else because this company does not value their customers."
