They were incredible efficient in helping us move our furniture. Took the team of 4 less than 2 hours to get our 1 bedroom apartment moved 10 min down the road. When the furniture wouldn't fit in the hallways or doors, the team problem solved to get it through and set up!

The three man team they sent was terrific. When they arrived they did a walk through with us to make sure they understood the job and got to work promptly. I have used this company for 3 moves now and they've all been very smooth. They arrive on time, do a great job of wrapping and protecting my furniture, and have never caused damage to the space. The crew members work incredibly hard and none of my items have been damaged.

6 stars! I have moved about 10-12 times in my life, and the service from USA Moving & Storage was exceptional. Selecting a moving company is a difficult choice, so do yourself a favor and contract with USA Moving and Storage. Communication and pricing was straightforward. Other movers quoted me a set fee that was almost twice what I paid. USA Moving & Storage charges by the hour, but they had four men who moved quickly and efficiently. They wrapped all my furniture to protect it and were very careful with my possessions. I moved from a two bedroom townhouse to a two bedroom condo on the 6th floor. It only took them four hours to wrap my furniture, load the truck, drive 45 minutes to my new residence, unload the truck and bring everything to the 6th floor, remove all the moving blankets from my furniture, and clean up all the trash. Four hours! I couldn't believe how fast they completed the job. The crew was awesome. I highly recommend USA Moving & Storage.

Santiago and his team did a terrific job moving my wife and I from the second floor of a two-flat to a 13th-floor condo in a high-rise building. The crew of 4 from USA Moving & Storage did an outstanding job. Items where packed securely, quickly, and efficiently. The move went very smoothly and they were done in less time than I anticipated. I asked for help putting furniture pads, which I had purchased, on items during the move and they made sure it was done on all items. I could not be more pleased with the level of service at a fair price. I highly recommend this company.

Extremely pleased with everything about USA Moving. Customer service and follow up prior to the move was very good. The people in the office were inevitably friendly and helpful. On the day of the move, the movers and truck were on time and the movers worked quickly and efficiently. The movers secured items and routinely asked me how I wanted things handled. At the new location, the movers would ask in what room I wanted certain objects and made suggestions as to placement. It should be said that the movers were consistently friendly and polite. I was happy that I had used USA Moving.

I can not say enough good things about USA. My moving team was timely, considerate and efficient. Bur even beyond that, they packed my stuff in a way that made unpacking easier. Not the usual list of numbers and vague items but labeled boxes with the room from which they came and what they contained. Nothing was broken or damaged. Like items were kept together so lids were with pans and cords were wrapped with devises. I'm still looking for the bottom to my Tangine pan after a move 5 years ago so I know the frustration of a poorly packed move.

I can’t praise these guys enough! They arrived on time, loaded the truck (doing stairs both from the house and the basement) and unloaded, all in 4-1/2 hours!! Five men. They moved a piano and a monster of a couch. I’ve moved many times. This was the easiest and best. Use USA Moving and Storage!!

Friendly and quick movers. Had to pivot to using a non-freight elevator and somehow got large pieces of furniture down passenger elevators. We’re extremely fast and efficient. Also can’t beat the price.

By far the best customer service of companies we received quotes from, and obviously the company we eventually went with. Crew moved very efficiently and took care of all valuables. Nothing was broken, damaged, or ruined between the items and the new house. Highly recommend their services.

USA Moving did an excellent job. They were efficient and professional. When they arrived, I expressed concern about certain special furniture. They triple wrapped the furniture and it all arrived at my new home in excellent condition. Absolutely no damage to anything that they moved. I would definitely use USA Moving again.

I've used USA Movers in the past, and this time I used them for a 3-part move, which included storing my house contents for 2 months. The office was very helpful, polite and responsive during the process, and the movers were very punctual, efficient, and enjoyable to work with.
