"Scott Demmer was extremely prompt & courteous. He found the source of the leak and sealed the area with a roofing compound. He sited some inferior workmanship in the installation of the original roof but said it should still last at least 5-7 more years regardless of the potential problem areas. He also sealed some other areas besides the point of the leak as preventative maintenance. I'm optimistic this will fix the problem and I won't have to install a new roof for quite some time. Custom Roofer's rate was very reasonable as well. I'd recommend to others."
