"Brian LaValle is a God Send!! Bought my home for under 20k and Brian has done everything from the basement to the roof!!! Drive by and Look at It. 705 Lundy St Streator. It sat for 5 1/2 years after a destructive foreclosure. There was no bathroom! Everyone Loves my bathroom now. The house looks Modern and heâ  s SO professional and comfortable and has been working on my home for well over a year so we pitched him keys to the house. I slept in the other day while him and his crew, always making sure my cats donâ  t get out, installed my laundry room floor. Never thought something like that could happen! Grade A work! Living 4 the Dream is a 2 owner company with 8 employee's. We are a general contracting company that does most of the work, but will sub-contract a job if that is what is needed. Billing is handled by our secretary who sends out an invoice/contract before the job even starts. The contracts list in detail what the job entails and if everything (ex: price, dates, materials, procedures, etc.) are to your satisfaction we have the consumer sign the contract and send it back to our secretary. From there the owner will also sign the contract and have it sent back to the consumer so they have an agreement contract on hand.We do not offer promotions or financing specials. We do however offer free estimates.
