BRIAN CALLED AHEAD THE NEXT DAY AFTER I MADE THE APPOINTMENT AND ARRIVED ON TIME. REPLACED SPRING ON ONE DOOR AND ADJUSTED THE SECOND DOOR WITH EXPLANATION OF WHY IT WAS NOT CLOSING CORRECTLY. BRIAN WAS VERY THOROUGH, PERSONABLE AND IT WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH HIS FAMILY-OWNED COMPANY! If you work during the day, as most of us do, you may not be able to receive their service because they will not give out appointment times just a 2hr windows.

The job itself was not complicated and the tech handled it quickly and efficiently. I was replacing the garage door opener, which he finished under an hour and was on his merry way. It works really well and I'm satisfied with the function. What earns them the 5-stars thought is the fact that they under-promised and over-delivered when it came to scheduling the tech visit.
