"I have used Bella Cleaning for several years to clean my tacked down carpeting and upholstered furniture. I have off-white carpeting throughout my home, so regular cleaning is a necessity. They have always done an excellent job. They are very responsive to request for estimates and service, are able to schedule work within a short period of time, and arrive as scheduled. Their cleaning team comes in, places plastic sheets or Styrofoam blocks under all furniture, pre-treats heavy traffic areas, cleans the carpet, and then departs leaving my carpets and upholstered furniture thoroughly clean. They also clean drapery, window blinds, and plantation shutters and will be coming to my home next week to provide these services. I will let you know how things turn out. I highly recommend Bella Cleaning and will use them again and again."

"I had, what initially seemed to be a minor basement flood. Pat came to my home on his day off to give me a quote on carpet cleaning. Not only did he move some MAJOR furniture off damp carpeting. By himself. But in the end he advised me NOT TO USE HIS SERVICE. He said it made no sense to clean the damp carpeting. He could easily have cleaned it and been paid. He told me to contact my homeowners insurance, work with a flood restoration company because he wouldn t be able to do what was best for me. Who spends all that time and energy only to tell me not to use them?! He was honest and hard working. When I do need carpet cleaning or reupholstery cleaning (which I do), I will immediately call Matrix. In this day of dog eat dog and scams it s refreshing to know there are still people and companies like this out there."

This carpet is a Berber and did not clean as well as the other stairwell. The Berber Carpet is a much tighter weave. The entire carpet took longer to dry than the stated 2 to 4 hours. "SPEEDY, HONEST, GREAT DEAL, PROFESSIONAL, RESULTS! I say SPEEDY because not 2 minutes after I requested a quite, I received a personal call. Not a stock text or email, but a personal call from the owner, Keith. They also were able to do the job within a week and only took about 45 minutes for a 2-seat couch + large ottoman and chaise. He was very HONEST with me when he said that he (and nobody) can get 7-8 inches into an attached foam cushion. However, he recommended a sterilization that would help with any interior mold or bad stuff (we have animals). He quoted me a GREAT DEAL on the spot and even threw in some things for free; i.e. pillows and a small rug. His 2 guys arrived and were extremely PROFESSIONAL and clean. They were fast, nice, answered questions, minded pets and other household items. In the end, its all about RESULTS and they made my couch finally smell like new. Thanks TNT!
