"I should have done this review a year ago -- sorry, Art -- but he is fantastic. He did a wonderful job of my basement (we had just moved into a new house). Initially, he had given me a reasonable quote on the phone on the basis of three rooms. When he got to my house, he saw I have a large basement and told me that he had underestimated the quote because he didn't realize the size of my basement. He was very polite about it. He checked the other rooms I had thought of doing, but he very honestly said he didn't think the rooms needed a full cleaning and offered to do spot cleaning where necessary."

We have quite a few commercial rental units, and a few residential units. We'll be using Robert in the future for sure. He even reached out the day after to see if we were completely satisfied. As I stated, we were satisfied, but if we hadn't been, I suspect he would have offered to come back at no charge to address the concern.
