"We hired Speedy LLC for a commercial cleaning and post-renovation clean, and they absolutely delivered. The team was fast, professional, and extremely thorough. They handled heavy dust, debris, and detail work without cutting corners—every surface was spotless when they were done. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and worked efficiently while still paying attention to the details that matter. It was clear they take pride in their work and respect their clients’ space. If you’re looking for a reliable, hardworking cleaning company for commercial jobs or renovation clean-ups, Speedy LLC is the real deal. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them."

"We needed a cleaning service that could clean our home every other week. We found Clean Sweep, and are happy to have them come. They split the work that needs to be done, and have it done in about an hour and 15 minutes, once they were accomodated to the tasks we needed done. We would recommend them if you?re looking for a reliable, dependable, flexible team to help you out in your home!"

"Trevor was truly amazing. My son’s university apartment sublet was beyond filthy when we arrived. We requested a deep clean. Trevor attended to every detail. Inside cabinets, drawers, the furnace closet, the refrigerator, oven, bathroom and kitchen sanitizing, baseboards, everything was sparkling. We went from overwhelmed to beyond grateful for the attention to detail. Trevor is dependable, reliable, and kind. Do not hesitate to use his service. I also ran a residential cleaning franchise for 27 years and I know what incredible cleaning looks like, and this was it! Thank you Trevor!!!"

"LeafFilter doesn't clean gutters, they sell and install their LeafFilter Gutter products and only clean the gutters if you buy their product. I can't even begin to afford their product so I wasn't able to get my gutter cleaned by them."

Small jobs welcome

"Jeff did not do a home maintenance job for us. He is a volunteer and Team leader at our PM pantry . He has also worked with us to maintain our equipment including banners, our "gator" traffic cones and signs in addition to interacting with our guests and managing our traffic team at the pantry Jeff is responsible and always lets us know if he has a change in his schedule that would make him late or absent . He leads and interacts well with all of our other volunteers and is able to handle even difficult clients with grace, firmness, and a polite friendly professional manner. He goes above and beyond what most people would expect. He is a man of integrity, purpose, faith, professionalism, and kindness ."

Cleaning questions, answered by experts

To clean an estate, start by locating all important documents, which you’ll need to sort through. Have the mail forwarded, change the locks, and take inventory of the entire estate. Once you know what you’re dealing with, create a plan and a timeline for the cleanout. Start clearing out rooms and sorting items to donate, sell, or get rid of. Finally, deep clean the property.

While a biohazard cleanup sounds like a scary process, knowing what to expect can help ease your concerns and set you up for success. It’s good to note that more than one professional might be needed depending on your situation, but that will be determined during the assessment. What you can expect during a home biohazard cleanup is the following:

  • Assessment: The first step in this process is for a biohazard cleanup professional to assess the damage. They create a report that includes the biohazard safety level, the needed damage cleanup, and the time it should take to complete the project.

  • Setup: The cleanup professional prepares the site to prevent cross-contamination and reduce toxicity risk. This process can include tarping and creating decontamination zones.

  • Removal of surface contamination: Any contaminated materials are removed from the area, starting with large materials followed by small ones. The professional can assess any floor-related damage once everything is removed from the site.

  • Salvaging items: The biohazard cleanup professionals assess which items can be saved and which are contaminated beyond the point of saving. Those deemed unsafe will be disposed of immediately.

  • Waste disposal: The next step is carefully disposing of the hazardous waste. Your professional will place the contaminated items in specific containers to keep the contamination from spreading.

  • Disinfection: The house will be disinfected and odor-neutralized. Even more minor details, like light switches and bulbs, will be disinfected so that they do not recontaminate the area in the future.

  • Restoration: Once the decontamination is complete, the last step is to restore the home. This includes repairing the damage to flooring, walls, or even the home's foundation.

Pros offer comprehensive cleaning that addresses areas you might overlook, ensuring an immaculate home.

Yes. While you can clean every room in your home with vinegar and baking soda, you should not use them on marble floors. Vinegar is too acidic, and baking soda is too alkaline; both of them can lead to etching on your marble. A pH-neutral cleaner is your best bet to clean marble floors.

While your solo bathroom may not get as much traffic, it’s still important to clean it regularly. Weekly cleans should suffice for all the high-use areas (i.e., toilet, sink, shower, floor, etc.), with monthly cleans in all the hard-to-reach places like the cupboards and grout. Remember, just because you live alone doesn’t mean your bathroom is exempt from germs and bacteria.
