NONE of them could give me a window of when their tech could come. No offers of pricing, either. A licensed, experienced, competent plumber arrived in my two-hour window. He cleared away the broken equipment, installed the new equipment, cleaned up, and was on his way. Cost was exactly the estimate. I would RA again in heartbeat. Rob and his people are first-rate."
