We had an issue with a valve that kept the log from staying lit. When the new part was slow arriving, they gave us a new burner. We were so pleased with the excellent service.

So far, so good. The price that I was originally quoted for the job was $1300 more than what I finally paid. I found other companies that would do the same thing and sell me the same product for a lot less, and Bratcher met their price.

They did an excellent job. Everything is working fine.

Installed quickly

I had a garage heater begin to fail while I was at my Florida home. I could monitor the garage temp and observed that the temp was dropping. I keep outdoor plants in the heated garage over the winter so it was imperative that the heater be repaired or replaced asap. Bratcher quickly dispatched a technician to evaluate the furnace and concluded it was failing and no longer safe to operate. I asked the technician to have a Bratcher sales rep contact me quickly to have a new unit installed. I received the call within an hour and the new furnace was installed the next morning - all completed without me having to be in Illinois. I trust Bratcher to have access to my home when I am not there. Bratcher completes their work quickly, cleanly and within the quoted price of the project. I have used Bratcher for 7 years for my HVAC maintenance program and appreciate the quality and integrity they put into their work. They went above and beyond in responding to my emergency during the recent bitter cold weather and I couldn't have been happier. I recommend Bratcher to anyone needing HVAC services or installation of new equipment.

John was excellent as usual (he's been out to work on our furnace in the past) He's pleasant, efficient, has no problems answering questions or providing information.
