"Workmanship was incredible but even more important was the communication from Cesar AND the responsiveness. None of this â itâ ll be four weeks until we can get out thereâ . "I have dealt with another contractor and he created a contract that even though it was generated, he didn't follow it. This contractor didn't create a contract and unsure if the job is completed. the drive was dug out, forms were installed and as of 11-1-2018 it was stated that the cement would be cured but not sure is they will return to remove the forms. I would suggest a contract be drawn up to clearly lay out the total job and leave out any questions."
