When the tile store sent the wrong tiles, Sam drove me to Floor & Decor to help me select another tile. Sam genuinely wanted to be sure I was happy with all three projects (kitchen backsplash, entryway and fireplace). Came in and unhooked and moved washer and dryer to garage, removed very heavy 8ft door and removed old tile all in about 90 minutes. Next day installed new tile and grouted Did an excellent job with no mess and cleaned up everything. New tile looks great! Fast, friendly, reasonable and quality work Would recommend to anyone!"
