"We had an exterior door to our garage that would not close/latch properly and therefore presented a security risk. I called multiple companies for quotes and explained we'd like to try repairing the door first, but are open to replacing it if necessary. He came by the very next day after I called, immediately found core problem with the door (simple loose screws in the hinges) and fixed then and there. The fix was so simple, he didn't even charge us. I so appreciate that Robert wasn't trying to scam us into a bigger more expensive project of replacing the entire door. He is honest and quickly finds the root of the problem. We will be hiring Robert's company exclusively moving forward for our various projects around the house. Feeling so lucky to have found him! My very first job was at a hardware store when I was 14 years old. I learn a bunch of cool stuff there that I still use to this day. I went to college and tried working in an office after graduating, but I never enjoyed what I was doing. I knew I could do some pretty cool stuff with my hands power tools. So I went into residential maintenance. I worked as a technician and supervisor for multiple 500-unit apartment complexes. Now I've taken the leap and am running my own show.
