He provided details on why it would be hazardous to install this modern fan on old wiring and we agreed on his assessment. He was honest, fair priced and cleaned up behind himself. He was careful to cover our furniture, and clean up after completing the job. The job was to be finished in 3 days, but it took 5 days, because he was working alone up until the last day.
