"All Pro did an excellent job repairing, power washing and re-painting our rooftop deck and pergola. Freddy was very communicative throughout the project, ensured our neighbors properties were protected, had excellent quality on our project and gave recommendations for the future. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others."

"I highly recommend Chicago and North Suburban Handyman LLC for repairs or remodeling. Our experience with Jamie, President and Owner, was exactly what we needed to update our artistic condominium. The process began with a thoughtful call, followed by an onsite visit to assess the unique challenges of our complex. Because of the artistic nature of our building—originally completed by Edgar Miller in the 1920s—attention to detail and the ability to emulate Miller’s work were critical. Jamie managed all aspects professionally with no middleman. His meticulous planning ensured the project stayed on budget and exceeded our expectations in quality and aesthetic appeal. Jamie met the timeline and kept us informed at every stage; communication was excellent. The team of employees and subcontractors demonstrated the highest level of professionalism—polite, efficient, and a pleasure to have around. Jamie is reliable, transparent, and a go-to contractor for our entire complex. Top-tier work!"

"When I moved, the movers broke a leg off of a cherry highboy purchased in Williamsburg VA. A very expensive piece. Antonio fixed the leg so that it is as strong and as sturdy as when the piece was made. It shows no damage at all. Further, he assembled a bed with mechanical base that had been assembled originally by someone else incorrectly. With no set of instructions, he saw what was incorrect ( and about to lead to the baseâ s failure) and fixed the problem. It works perfectly now!!"

Customers say: Terrific value

"I was closing on a condo in a week and had 6 days before move in. The inspection showed floors needed work. These guys stepped up, worked all weekend and were done a day early so we could have floors refinished before moving in and were in constant communication. stress free pricing and no hidden extra fee"

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

If you frequently use your swimming pool, an annual inspection is ideal. For pools over 20 years old, get an inspection twice a year. If you have a new pool, are selling your house, or your property went through a severe weather event, schedule a pool inspection as soon as possible.

The best paver for your pool deck depends on your budget, style, and how much maintenance you’re willing to invest. Granite is one of the best low-cost pavers for pool decks. It’s very slip-resistant and durable, too, making it a top pick. Travertine is a high-quality material that resists freeze-thaw cycles, looks stunning, and won’t get hot in the summer. The only downside to travertine is that it costs more than granite.

When looking into fiberglass vs. concrete pools, you will notice a big price difference. A fiberglass pool costs $15,000 to $75,000, whereas a concrete pool costs $35,000 to $100,000. While concrete pools are customizable, fiberglass is faster to install and requires less maintenance. Additionally, you can expect to pay $25,000 to maintain a concrete pool over a ten-year span. On the other hand, a fiberglass pool only requires basic maintenance like testing water levels and cleaning.

A fiberglass pool lasts up to 30 to 50 years with proper maintenance. For the longest possible lifespan, keep your pool water pH as close to seven as possible. Test your water levels regularly, run your pool filter daily, and avoid draining the pool. Once your pool is 20 to 30 years old, you can prolong the lifespan by refinishing the shell.

These pools are cost-effective, customizable, and offer smooth, non-abrasive surfaces.
