"I had previously used Fixer to rebuild the appliance garage and under sink cabinet in my kitchen. Last Wednesday, I called them to unclog my bathroom sink and in doing so, the "plumber" broke my sink, rendering it unusable. They did send me a text acknowledging that the plumber admitted breaking it, and they quickly sent me a bill for the service call, so far, they have ghosted me about what they plan to do to replace my sink. Apparently, they will only communicate via text."

"We had Mr. Yilmaz provide an estimate for drywalling our 250 sq. ft. basement ceiling last week in which he verbally indicated it would be $712, plus the cost of renting a truck for an hour to grab all of the drywall. He indicated he’d be sending a written estimate in the next couple of days; however, we never received one. My husband called and texted him at least 3 times over the weekend inquiring on the written estimate, but received no response. Mr. Yilmaz finally responded to my husband on Monday (8/28) indicating that he was sorry for not responding and that it was a “bad weekend”. He then proceeded to state that he “incorrectly quoted” the job as it represented regular drywalling and not drywalling a ceiling. He sent a new estimate Monday night displaying a total of $1,188.75. In just a matter of days, our drywall estimate suddenly increased by $476.75; almost $500 dollars?! This man is CLEARLY a scammer and extremely unprofessional in how he handles his business. I would absolutely NOT recommend Sabri Yilmaz and his company unless you’re looking for a headache and to be given the run-around in pricing."

"Terrible experience. Dakota was awful at responding to any emails, calls, or texts. We essentially contracted with him and the morning he was supposed to start work, he said he was COVID-positive and would get back to us about rescheduling. We never heard from him or anyone at L&D Construction again. Completely unreliable and unprofessional."

We essentially contracted with him and the morning he was supposed to start work, he said he was COVID-positive and would get back to us about rescheduling. We serve the greater Chicagoland area and specialize in custom kitchens, bathrooms, basements and general remodeling projects. We provide full interior paint and refinishing services. "The worst experience we have ever had. BE AWARE - they are in no way a professional contracting service. We have had so many issues after their work was performed from plumbing leaks to electrical shorts, misaligned cabinetry and a voided floor warranty because they INCORRECTLY installed cabinetry on top of the new floor. Not to mention they did not first spread sufficient leveler to the floor leaving us with "pits" and squeaky flooring now. Whole project was a **** show. Obvious they pray on senior citizens and DO NOT stand behind their word or work. Finally proceeding with a lawsuit to recoup flooring costs and additional issues as they have ignored all requests to finish their work and correct issues. Once again THESE ARE NOT PROFESIONAL CONTRACTORS. If I could give negative stars I would. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED."
