497 Jim was out here within a few hours of my call, diagnosed the problem and repaired it at a reasonable cost. Their fee for the basic service call was half of what the first place I called charged. Jim was efficient and cleaned up after himself. I’m very pleased.

We called them for a furnace repair. They looked at it and said we needed a new furnace and they gave us a bid on one. There was no repair made and I assume bids on new furnaces are free so I wonder if we can still use the $79 Angie's List payment on a different repair in the future.
Pro Air Heating & CoolingI wasn't home (someone else was there waiting), so this is just going off of what I heard, but the repair person was a bit late to my job. However, they completed the repair quickly and everything has been working great so far. Would use again.
I called JT's. They sent a technician to provide an estimate on the cost of repairs. He ordered parts and returned to complete the work within a couple of business days. The technician was very helpful and courteous. The price seemed appropriate and reasonable. I would use again.

A couple of weeks later the leak continued from the same spot in the ceiling. The tech again came out and claimed it was another leak in a different spot although the leak inside was in the exact same spot. They did not fix the problem the first time and wanted more money for this “new leak.”"
