The report was highly detailed and included items that I never noticed during my two visits to the unit, such as missing grout against a threshold. Was pleased with attentive customer service too. One drawback was it was more expensive than I was expecting, but I think I received value for my money. Would use again and would recommend to others."

Prairie State Siding & window
Prairie State Siding & window
We are locally owned and operated company that values honesty, integrity, and treating your home as if it was our own. We have A+ rating with BBB and voted best of homeadvisor 2018. Prairie State Siding & Window has financing as low as 0% but also works with low payment options to fit any budget. we work with national banks all from your home.
"Seemed to go well, fast work. Left a fair amount of nails and debris. But had a couple leaks develop at some difficult spots, around chimney, and another intersection of roof and wall. It took a few trips back to get the leaks fixed. They were fixed well however. The guy that came to fix them did a very good job. Seems that the original workers did not have quite enough time and had to rush it. It has a good guarantee etc."

CAT Contracting Inc
CAT Contracting Inc
CAT Contracting, Inc. is a national restoration company which operates two divisions. The residential catastrophe division facilitates the sales and restoration processes for homeowners after catastrophic storm events. The Commercial Division services large low slope membrane systems including but not limited to TPO, EPDM, Spray Foam, PVC, Metal and Hydro-Stop
"The original project manager was good. He installed the roof, had a few hiccups, but I was satisfied until 1 1/2 years later when I got 4 leaks. Additionally, some aluminium was supposed to be installed and it still hasn't been installed. I have been calling since March 2019 and still no one has come out to fix the leaks. I only have a couple of months left until warranty expires which I'm figuring they are waiting for. I've called & asked the owner Matt to call me, b ut 5 days later and still no call. A roofer is only as good as his repairs. My advise is don't use Cat. They have no one within 50 miles to repair my roof. I'm very disappointed as I first thought they had done a good job. I had seen reviews where the owner was very responsive, but not to me."
