Because of the unusual design of our casement windows, there were some addtional finishing pieces and work needed to give the window interiors a completed, professional look. The salesman had not anticipated this need, but this was no problem. The field supervisor, John Boswell, was 100% responsive to our concerns about the asthetics of the interior of our windows. At no extra charge, he made the extra visits to our home and purchased, stained and installed the additional wood pieces that resulted in truly gorgeous windows that we are completely satisfied with.
