"

Drywalled a large hole in ceiling and adjacent wall due to water damage.  Work was done exactly as specified, onn time, and we are very satisfied with the results.  The cost of the job was very reasonable.  We have other projects planned and will use Middleton Contstruction.

"Good...the last time I had someone out is was an electrician and he replaced a ballister and tried to fix the bathroom light fixture but it was non repairable so I was given an allowance to replace it and now I have a cute light fixture all spanking new."

No job is too big or too Small, I can get the job done. I recently graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in History and Political Science, but this is the work I enjoy doing. I have had my business for 3 years now and now that I am done with school I am ready to grow it bigger. I have done just about everything but I primarily focus on work outside around the yard during the summer.

"John called me back within 15 minutes.  He was very helpful and said he could do it but thought it might be better for me to contact someone a little closer.  I think his schedule was pretty full although he didn't say that.  He recommended 2 companies in my area and I ended up hiring one of them to do the work.  I was very pleased with them and they were prompt just like John at Lightning Rod Systems.  I appreciate that he was thinking about what was best for me."

Chandelier Installation questions, answered by experts

Depending on your preference, a 100W bulb could be too bright for a bedroom. Most people prefer softer, relaxing bedroom lighting using a lower wattage bulb, around 40W to 60W for incandescent or the equivalent in LED (around 450 to 800 lumens). For adjustable brightness, consider using dimmable bulbs or layered lighting with bedside lamps and overhead lights to create a comfortable and versatile lighting environment.

The cost of a chandelier often ranges from $100 to $4,500. Your total cost will be determined by the design of the chandelier and the materials used. The more intricate the design, the more you’ll end up paying.

First of all, don’t shop for bargain lights—often, you’ll end up with a faulty or broken strand, full of dead bulbs or less-than-luminous brightness. Choose quality lights that will last you many years—LED lights have been known to last as long as 100,000 hours. Second, plan ahead and purchase lights for next year’s Christmas during this year’s post-holiday sales. Finally, have a vision and a plan—if you know the measurements of your home, including any windows, doors, and outside bushes you wish to light up, you should be able to only purchase the necessary lights and not more than you need.

Track lighting features multiple light fixtures attached to a linear track, allowing adjustable positioning and easy addition or removal of lights. It offers flexibility and is ideal for highlighting specific areas or objects. Rail lighting, a subtype of track lighting, utilizes a curved or flexible rail instead of a straight track. This design allows for more versatile light placement.

This is definitely a matter of personal taste, but certain spaces might be better suited to recessed lighting than others. Areas where you need good task lighting, such as the laundry room, kitchen, or home office could be good candidates for recessed LED lighting. You also might choose to use it for a sleek, subtle lighting option in a living room where you want to highlight other aspects of the space.
